after dat, we'll kena tggu 3days. baru la wat MB assay. diz assay cOuld take time tO 2hOurs. huh~ damn tired!!! ~glutaraldehyde...wait 15min...wash...air dry....MB....wait 15min....wah....air blow...HCl....wait 15min....RESULT~ tO blow diz plate can take time half an hour. gOsh!!! hate  blower prOcess.
